PILOT PROGRAMME

Become a NEEDIT24 Pilot Partner

Interested in becoming a NEEDIT24 pilot partner?

We are currently looking for selected organisations to trial the NEEDIT24 concept and help establish how smart, 24/7 access to essential products can work within different environments.

A pilot gives your organisation the opportunity to explore the solution without committing to a large-scale rollout from day one.

We don't expect you to commit to a large rollout.

Instead, we work together to understand your location, identify genuine customer or employee needs, launch a carefully considered solution and measure how people actually use it.

TEST → MEASURE → IMPROVE → SCALE

Start small. Learn what works. Build from real demand.

The purpose of the NEEDIT24 pilot programme is simple:

Establish genuine customer demand before considering wider deployment.

Rather than making assumptions about what people want, the pilot allows us to gather real-world information about:

  • Which products people actually need

  • When products are most in demand

  • How frequently the solution is used

  • Which product categories perform best

  • How the solution fits within your environment

  • What could be improved before any wider rollout

The findings can then be used to refine the product range, placement and overall solution.

Test it. Measure it. Improve it. Then, if the opportunity is right, scale it.

How it works

HOW THE PILOT WORKS

1

Initial Discussion

We start by understanding your organisation, location, customers and objectives.

We'll discuss what you're looking to achieve and whether a NEEDIT24 pilot could be suitable.

2

Site Assessment

We assess the proposed location and consider factors such as footfall, accessibility, visibility, operating environment and the likely needs of the people using the site.

3

Product Selection

Together, we identify the most relevant product categories for your location.

The aim is not to fill a machine with unnecessary products. It's to provide useful essentials that people are genuinely likely to need.

4

Machine Installation

Once the pilot solution has been agreed, the NEEDIT24 machine is installed at the selected location.

Placement is considered carefully to maximise accessibility and visibility while fitting naturally within the environment.

5

Launch

The pilot goes live.

Customers, passengers, guests, visitors or employees can begin accessing the selected essentials when they need them.

6

Performance Monitoring

We monitor the pilot and review available performance information to understand what is being used and where opportunities for improvement may exist.

7

Review

Following the pilot period, we review the results with the partner.

We'll look at product demand, usage patterns, customer needs and any operational feedback

8

Potential Expansion

If the pilot demonstrates genuine demand and the solution works well for the organisation, we can explore opportunities for further deployment or expansion.

There is no assumption that every pilot automatically becomes a wider rollout.

The data and experience help determine what makes sense next.

WHY PILOT WITH NEEDIT24?

Reduce the risk of a large commitment

Start with a focused trial rather than committing to a major deployment immediately.

Understand genuine demand

See what customers, passengers, guests or employees actually use rather than relying solely on assumptions.

Refine the solution

Use real-world feedback and performance information to improve the product range and setup.

Explore the commercial opportunity

Understand whether providing 24/7 access to essentials can create additional value for your location.

Build from evidence

A successful pilot can provide the foundation for discussing potential expansion.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR PILOT PARTNERS

NEEDIT24 is currently in its launch and pilot stage, and we're looking to work with selected organisations that are interested in exploring the concept.

We are particularly interested in locations where people may need access to essential products outside traditional retail hours.

Potential pilot environments include:

  • Cruise terminals & ports

  • Airports

  • Stations & transport hubs

  • Hotels & spas

  • Hospitals

  • Gyms & leisure facilities

  • Workplaces

  • Other high-footfall locations

COULD YOUR LOCATION BE A PILOT SITE?

You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. We'll discuss your location, your audience and the potential opportunity before determining whether a pilot is appropriate.

Let's test the concept together.
