NEEDIT24 was created around a simple idea: people don't always plan what they'll need. A forgotten charging cable, travel adapter, toiletries, personal-care product, sanitary item, baby essential or umbrella can quickly become a problem when there is nowhere convenient to buy one. NEEDIT24 is a UK-based smart vending business designed to solve that problem by providing 24/7 access to carefully selected essential, everyday, travel and personal-care products in places where people may suddenly need them. We work with businesses and organisations to provide customers, passengers, guests, visitors and employees with immediate access to useful products, whenever they need them.
We don't just sell products. We solve problems. NEEDIT24 is different from traditional snack and drinks vending because our focus is not on crisps, chocolate, sweets or fizzy drinks. The vending machine is simply the delivery mechanism; the real value is the convenience, availability and problem-solving service it provides. We work with each partner to understand their location, the people who use it and the types of products they are most likely to need. This could mean travel essentials at a port or airport, charging accessories at a transport hub, toiletries and personal-care products in a hotel or spa, family essentials in a suitable public environment, or everyday essentials within a workplace. The partner provides the location. NEEDIT24 manages the solution, including product selection, installation, cashless payments, stock and replenishment, monitoring and ongoing optimisation.
NEEDIT24 is currently in its launch and pilot stage, starting locally in Hull and the surrounding region, with an ambition to develop a wider UK network through carefully selected locations and strategic partnerships. Our approach is to test, measure, improve and then scale based on genuine customer demand rather than making assumptions about what people want. We are looking to build relationships with organisations across cruise and ports, airports, stations and transport hubs, hotels and spas, hospitals, gyms and leisure facilities, workplaces and other suitable environments. Our vision is to make essential convenience available wherever people might suddenly need it — creating a practical additional service for businesses while making everyday life easier for the people they serve.
